FAQs
Which approvals apply to pressure vessels in India?
It depends on the service. Vessels for compressed or liquefied gases generally need approval from PESO under the SMPV(U) Rules, steam vessels may fall under IBR, and many process vessels are accepted on third-party inspection to the design code. We confirm the requirement at quotation.
Which design code do your pressure vessels follow?
Vessels are typically designed and fabricated to ASME Section VIII Division 1, IS 2825 or another code named in your specification, with hydrostatic testing at the pressure required by that code.
What documents come with a pressure vessel?
A manufacturer's data report or data book with design calculations, drawings, material certificates, welding procedures and welder qualifications, NDT reports and the pressure test certificate.
Who manufactures the parts?
Everything is engineered and made in-house at our own plant. We are part of the Ferrokshar Group, in production since 1997.
Who do I deal with?
Our engineering team is your single point of contact, from quote to delivery and after-sales service.
